What started as a hobby between ER shifts has grown into Cactus Sourdough Co. — a West Texas microbakery specializing in handcrafted sourdough breads, sweet treats, and farm fresh eggs.
Every loaf is made by hand and inspired by life on our ranch in Midland, Texas. You’ll find us at local farmers markets, Porch Stand Sundays, and soon, our mobile Bread Box bakery.
