Thank you for supporting Cactus Sourdough Co.! Every loaf, cookie, cinnamon roll, and specialty bake is handcrafted in small batches using naturally fermented sourdough. Because everything is made fresh to order, please take a moment to review the information below before placing your order.

Where are you located?
Cactus Sourdough Co. is a Texas Cottage Food Operation located in Greenwood (Midland, TX), proudly serving the Midland-Odessa are.
How can I purchase your products?
You can shop with us by:
- Ordering through our website during pre-order events
- Visiting us at local farmers markets
- Shopping our monthly porch stands
- Placing a custom order (subject to availability)
Do you offer delivery?
At this time I only offer home delivery to midland.
Other ways to pick up your order:
- From my porch in Greenwood (preferred)
- Farmers markets if pre-ordered during the allowed window.
To keep pickups efficient for everyone, I do not offer pickups at Costco or alternate meeting locations.
Can I change my pickup location?
Once your order has been confirmed, pickup locations cannot be changed unless approved by Cactus Sourdough Co. Please do not place your order for pick up and then later ask for it to be delivered, I plan my routes in advance and this causes delays.
Delivery Fee for home deliveries is $8 and subject to change at any time.
What if I am running late?
Please send me a message as soon as possible.
I understand that life happen, and I'll do my best to accommodate delays when my schedule allows. However, If I am unable to wait, your order will be available for porch pick up in Greenwood.
Why do products sell out so quickly?
Everything is baked fresh in small batches with limited production capacity. I am one person who still works full time!! Once an item sells out, it's gone until the next bake.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom orders when my schedule allows. During busy market weeks and holiday pre-orders, custom order availability may be limited.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Square, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay.
Cottage Food Information
Cactus Sourdough Co. operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law.
Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or the local health department.
Cactus Sourdough Co. maintains a food safety handler certifcate.
Freshness & Storage
Our sourdough is baked fresh and contains no commercial preservatives.
For the best flavor, enjoy within 2-3 days. For longer storage, slice your loaf and freeze it in an airtight freezer bag for up to 3 months.
Bakery Policies
Effective July 4, 2026
Pick Up Policy:
Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the agreed upon window. When you place your order, you are agreeing to the pick up day and time (typically after 5pm).
Any orders not picked up by 10 PM will be brought back inside until the following morning.
If your order is still not picked up it will be donated, shared or disposed of at the discretion of Cactus Sourdough Co. There will not be a refund.
Refund Policy:
Because every item is baked fresh specifically for your order, all sales are final once baking has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already been prepared or baked due to:
- Missed pickups
- Failure to arrive during the scheduled pick up window
- Changing your mind after your order has been prepared
- Requesting a different pick up location after your order is paid for
- Failure to communicate pick up changes in advance
If an error is made by Cactus Sourdough Co. or there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup. I will always make things right when the mistake is mine.
No-Show Policy
Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window and without prior communication will be considered abandoned.
Because products are made fresh to order, abandoned orders are not eligible for a refund and may be donated, shared, or disposed of at the discretion of Cactus Sourdough Co.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Order changes or cancellations are gladly accepted before baking begins.
Once production has started, your order is considered in production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
