Hi, I’m Crystal.
What started as a hobby between ER shifts quickly turned into something much bigger. As a registered nurse, I’ve always been passionate about caring for others, and baking became another way to serve my community.
Today, Cactus Sourdough Co. specializes in handcrafted sourdough breads, sweet treats, and farm fresh eggs made right here in Midland, Texas.
Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand using simple ingredients and traditional methods that create the flavor and texture sourdough is known for.

Our bakery is inspired by life on our West Texas ranch, where fresh eggs, open skies, and hard work are part of everyday life.
